Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Remi Creative website and services. By accessing our website or hiring us, you agree to these Terms
1. Services
Remi Creative provides digital marketing services including web design, SEO, SEM, content creation, social media strategy, and e-commerce consulting. Service scopes are defined in individual contracts or proposals.
2. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide timely access to materials, feedback, and necessary assets.
- Approve deliverables and payments as outlined in contracts.
- Not reproduce or resell Remi Creative’s intellectual property without consent.
3. Payment & Invoicing
- Services are billed according to signed agreements.
- Late payments may be subject to a 2% monthly interest fee.
- Remi Creative reserves the right to pause services if payment is overdue.
4. Intellectual Property
- All work created by Remi Creative (graphics, copy, code, etc.) remains our intellectual property until full payment is received.
- After full payment, the client is granted a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use deliverables.
5. Termination
Either party may terminate a project with 7 days’ written notice. In the case of termination:
- The client agrees to pay for all work completed up to the termination date.
- Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
6. Confidentiality
- We agree to keep your proprietary information confidential and expect the same in return.
7. Warranties & Disclaimers
- We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, or revenue outcomes.
- All services are provided “as is” without warranties unless otherwise stated in writing.
8. Limitation of Liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, Remi Creative shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
9. Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada.
10. Changes to Terms
- Remi Creative may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
