Is the Visibility Audit really free?

Yes. No fee, no credit card, no trial period that auto-renews into something. The catch is we only do audits for businesses we might actually work with — so there's a 20-minute discovery call first to make sure we're a fit.

If the call reveals we're clearly not a good match, we'll say so and skip the audit entirely. That filters out tire-kickers and keeps audit quality high for the businesses we do work with.

Will you try to sell me something on the call?

No. The call is a scoping conversation — we learn about your business, you ask us anything, and we decide together if the audit makes sense. It's not a disguised sales pitch.

After the report is delivered, if it makes sense to discuss working together, we might propose that. But that's a separate conversation at a later date, initiated by mutual interest — not a hard sell you have to dodge.

Can I skip the call and just get the audit?

No. The discovery call is what makes the audit actually useful. Without context about your business, we'd just run generic templates — which is what most other agencies do with "free audits," and why those audits are usually worthless.

The 20 minutes of context we get on the call shapes every page of the final report. Skip the call and the audit quality drops by half.

What if you decide on the call that I'm not a fit?

We'll tell you honestly, explain why, and when possible point you toward what would actually help — whether that's a different agency, a DIY resource, or a different service entirely.

Being honest about fit is how we keep our audit quality high. We'd rather turn away 10 misfit prospects than do 10 mediocre audits. Nobody enjoys hearing "not a fit" — but most people appreciate the honesty in retrospect.

What's the difference between this and other free SEO audits?

Most "free SEO audits" are automated reports generated in 30 seconds by software like SEMrush or Ahrefs. They're not wrong — they're just generic, missing context, and heavily biased toward whatever the software is trying to sell you.

What if I already have an SEO agency?

Totally fine. Many of our audit clients already have an agency or in-house team — they want an independent second opinion, or they want to see how AEO/GEO fits into their existing SEO program.

We'll note on the call that you already have representation, and structure the audit accordingly. If we identify gaps your current agency isn't covering (often AEO + GEO), we'll flag them clearly. If your current setup is solid, we'll say that too.

How do you test AI visibility — what's the methodology?

We use a structured prompt library we've developed covering 40–60 variations of brand queries, category queries, and comparison queries, run across ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude, and Google AI Overviews.

Every audit runs the same test methodology, so results are comparable across months and against competitors. The report includes screenshots of key AI responses so you can see exactly what's being said about your brand — no abstractions.

Will the audit show things I can do myself, or only things you'd do?

Both. The roadmap is ranked by impact vs effort, and many of the "quick wins" are genuinely DIY — things your existing team can execute without outside help. We'll flag them clearly.

The deeper strategic work usually requires specialized skills, but we're not going to invent problems only we can solve. Honest audits include DIY recommendations; dishonest ones pretend everything is impossibly complex.

What if the audit doesn't find any significant problems?

Then we'll tell you that. Not every business needs immediate SEO/AEO/GEO work, and pretending otherwise is the oldest agency lie in the book.

If your foundation is strong, we'll highlight what's working, note areas where you're ahead of competitors, and suggest what to monitor. A short, honest "you're mostly good, here's what to watch" report is more useful than a fabricated crisis.

When can I book? What's your availability?

Typically 3–7 days out, depending on the time of year. After you submit the form, you'll get a Calendly link by email with live availability.
