How much do your services cost?

Patient Growth System (our dental-clinic bundle): $2,500 one-time setup + $2,500/month, with a 6-month minimum engagement. Ad spend is separate and paid directly to Google/Meta.

Standalone services (SEO, AEO, GEO, Web Design, Paid Media) start from $1,500/month depending on scope. Specific pricing is quoted per engagement based on your goals, competition, and existing assets.

We're transparent about pricing because we think agency opacity wastes everyone's time. If $1,500/month isn't in budget, we'll say so up front rather than burn a discovery call.

Do you work month-to-month or require long-term contracts?

The Patient Growth System has a 6-month minimum engagement, because search visibility compounds and anything shorter produces partial results that don't justify the setup work.

Other services are scoped per engagement. Some are project-based (website rebuilds, one-time audits); some are retainer-based with flexible terms.

After any minimum term, engagements run month-to-month with 30 days written notice to cancel. No long-term lock-ins, no auto-renew traps.

What's included in a discovery call?

A discovery call is a 20-minute conversation to understand your business, your goals, and whether Remi is the right fit. No pitch deck, no hard sell.

If we're a fit, we'll propose a free visibility audit as the next step. If we're not a fit, we'll tell you directly and recommend better alternatives. That's it.

Do you offer a free audit?

Yes. The free visibility audit is our core top-of-funnel offer. It's a real audit — not a marketing pretext — and typically includes:

  • Current SEO ranking snapshot + technical issues
  • AI-search citation check (are you named in ChatGPT / Perplexity / Google AI?)
  • Google Maps and local visibility assessment
  • Conversion audit of your current website
  • A written report with findings and recommended next steps

It takes us about 5 business days to complete, and you get the report whether or not we end up working together.

Do you work with clients outside of BC?

Our core market is British Columbia — Kelowna, the Okanagan, Kamloops, Vancouver, and Victoria. We know the local search landscape, local competition, and how BC customers actually behave.

We're expanding into Alberta in 2026. For clients outside these markets, we're selective — we only take on engagements where we can genuinely add value, which typically means local service businesses with clear growth goals.

Can I hire you for just one service (e.g., only SEO)?

Yes. All five of our services can be engaged standalone. Some clients come to us for SEO only, then expand into AEO/GEO once they see the compound benefits.

That said, search visibility works best as a system — SEO alone in 2026 leaves you exposed to AI-era search changes, and paid media alone is expensive to sustain. We'll be upfront if we think you'd get better results with a broader engagement.

Who runs Remi Creative?

Aldo Rendón is Remi Creative's founder and lead strategist. He has 15+ years of digital marketing leadership, an MBA, and previously built and scaled another agency before launching Remi. He leads strategy on every engagement personally — you're not handed off to an account manager after signing.

Why the name "Remi"?

Remi is short, memorable, and easy to say. It doesn't try to sound clever or techy. We chose it because it lets the work speak for itself rather than the brand name.

Can I see case studies of your work?

We're building out our case study library in 2026. Unlike many agencies, we only publish case studies with real, verifiable client data — no aggregated or fabricated stats. That takes longer but it's the only version worth reading.

In the meantime, we're happy to share specific examples on a discovery call, including metrics, clients, and outcomes — with current clients' permission.

Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) is the practice of optimizing content and entity signals so that AI-powered answer engines — like ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google's AI Overviews, and Claude — cite your business in their answers.

It's different from traditional SEO because the goal isn't to rank on a search results page. The goal is to be the source the AI quotes when someone asks a question relevant to your business.

AEO combines content strategy (answer-shaped content, FAQ structures), technical signals (schema markup, clean HTML), and authority building (being mentioned on trusted third-party sites).

What is GEO (Generative Engine Optimization)?

Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) is the practice of influencing how generative-AI systems describe, recommend, and position your brand — not just whether you're cited, but how you're cited.

Where AEO focuses on "am I mentioned at all?", GEO focuses on "when I'm mentioned, is the context favorable, accurate, and differentiated?"

What's the difference between SEO, AEO, and GEO?

Anyone promising AI citations in 30–60 days is either lying or using black-hat tactics that won't hold.

Can you guarantee I'll be cited by AI?

No. Nobody can guarantee AI citations any more than they can guarantee Google rankings. AI systems update constantly, training data shifts, and competitor activity affects visibility.

Do AI engines actually send traffic, or just mentions?
