01 — The challenge

A surgeon with credentials. A site nobody could find.

Dr. Cervantes operates out of two Hospital Ángeles locations in Mexico City — Lomas and Santa Mónica. The credentials were there. The reputation was there. The website wasn’t doing its job.

When we ran the first audit, the site was getting roughly 60 organic visits a month. Image filenames were a mess. The WhatsApp number conflicted between two pages. The home page took over 14 seconds to render on mobile. Google Business Profile wasn’t even connected. There was no schema markup of any kind — no Physician, no MedicalBusiness, no FAQPage.

To both Google and modern AI search engines, the site was essentially invisible.
